Revenge Designs, Inc has no legal ties to Revenge Supercars and as you stated, Designs is supposed to get a design fee from Supercars, if they ever made enough money to pay Designs. (A tall order for sure)
The new OPM, if it was obtained, would go to Supercars, which would become a separate corp. I'm confident he would go public to get shareholders money to supplement the Bond money.
As for Buddy, he's probably the only competent employee they got!
