NEP: Not just in Q2, but in Q1 as well...

In the first quarter 2010, no new oil wells were drilled in the Company's oilfields, bringing the total number of producing wells to 289.

In the second quarter 2010, no new oil wells were drilled in the Company's oilfields, bringing the total number of producing wells to 289.

Not sure why they have not been drilling new wells? Notice that oil production in Q2 is now down YoY by 11%.
