This means YA will deliver to NeoMedia a Mandatory Redemption Notice or NeoMedia was forced to negotiate new terms with YA. Best case scenario is NeoMedia is still pursuing the 'transaction' and was able to extended the Maturity Date - I am sure to YA's benefit.

Either way, there should have been an 8-K.
