They can have the entire company for a $1 or so a share! That's about as nickel and dime as it gets....and if the share price does not advance that is exactly what will happen....provided we have the goods. Kinda catch 22 - prove it is valuable by spending $100s of millions and we will give you $billions - but where are the $100s of millions??
Do the insiders have control? Does Theracour? Control in this circumstance counts. If there is ironclad control - no problem. If not, someone like Novartis (just a shot in the dark!) can make us an offer we can't refuse - like a $1.15 - $10/share. I wouldn't accept it but most would, I think, probably at a lot less than $10, too.
