Response from Dr. Seymour re: MTA and status. Relax and let the Leadership of NNVC do what is in the BEST interest of the company and the shareholders LONG TERM.....NOT short term for a pop in the PPS. I KNOW everyone agrees with that despite the negative speculation : GO NNVC !

Dear David,

Nice to hear from you

I thought that I had made it clear in the past about optimal timing for striking licensing agreements with large pharmas. The ideal time to strike is after FDA approved Phase I safety and Phase IIa efficacy studies are completed.

If I were to make a licensing deal now, I would potentially leave hundreds of millions of dollars on the table. That would be terribly irresponsible of me to do that. Yes, it might result in a pop in the stock price. However, I'm taking a longer term view since I want to maximize the amount of money from any pharma deal. Thus it's opportune to wait until at least the human studies are underway.

I'd also rather wait and try to get a bidding war going.

Nothing is being compromised by not pursuing a licensing agreement at this time

Every large pharma out there is looking for the next "big thing"

I hope this explains my position and lays these discussions to rest

Sincerely,
