Your hypothetical regarding the purchase of EEL for book value raises the flag. If you think EEL is buyable for book value, doesn't the same hold true for ERHC? If you can make the leap for EEL why not the same leap for ERHC being bought out for book value? I don't buy it for either of them. JMO
