Bayfisheri.....lets hope positive events were put on hold to get the "poison pill" outlined in the S-3 put into place in order to protect the deal they want (buyout or buyin).
I fully expect to see an amended "effect" filing. It appears to me that they put the S-3 as the filing that is now effective ....instead of the revised and amended S-3/A. Go figure!
