show me proof that wheeler has anything to do with this company now, Do you know what proof is?

asdgwest- If NWTT had filed form 503(1)(d)(ii) along with amendments AK-47 and SR-71 before the 1st of April would the SEC have still required a Q5, a T-11 and perhaps even an OTC Report Number 15-OT-20?
All said, how would this affect the O/S, A/S, S/S and maybe even the B/S should the SEC go back 3 years and would this also affect the PPS?
If the IRS got involved and required Forms T-1411 and SH-001-10, how would this affect the shareholders after 31DEC2010?
You seem to have a real handle on this company with all the DD at your fingertips so anything you can share I am sure would be valued information
