don't know... but would not take it as a negative.

there obviously was a buyer for the shares.
but i am not an expert on institutions "swapping" shares, if that is the case here.

DD / others would know more...

an observation.. we did have a similar volume / price spike prior to the April 2010 financing.

keep in mind (good) news is expected early September
