We don't. I learned a hard lesson here too. I have been told over and again "There are no guarantees with penny stocks, it's your own fault." "Penny Stocks is not investing, it's speculating, and if you lose it's your own fault." I'm not expecting anything back from this, except maybe the satisfaction of a lawsuit being brought against this company.
