For a buyout, it doesn't matter how many units Imaging3 can produce by itself. Plus, stock price is not only based on what the company can do currently, but also the potential of the company. Hence the current PPS.

SANO, Imaging3 is going to be sold. And GE, Toshiba etc can put out 1,000+ in a year with their capabilities with their huge factories worldwide.

And sell them for at least $1 million each. That's $1 billion in one year of sales. And you think sales will just end after 1 year??? The DVIS is going to be sold to hospitals worldwide for years to come! There are $ billions to be made with the DVIS.

And you still haven't answered why your estimate of a buyout of $200-$300 million was hit today and that's with no approval???
