Why would the Europeans recieve theres first? Are they sending the dividends overland by bus and than by boat and so Europe is closer?

I'm from Europe (Belgium), have a measly 60500 shares. This would give me a dividend of $ 484. But nothing yet on my account. As soon as I get it (if I get) I will post it here.
