Sure he is lol, don't think for a minute the CEO of a non-revenue producing company is going to sit back and watch the share price of his company appreciate 10,000% and not take advantage of it lol. He is doing it smart enough not to tank the share price though (for now) He can sell 3-5 million shares a day at an avg price of .20 and make some good pocket change lol. Just make sure you are out before his pocket gets full, and he calls an end to the game.
