I can certainly affirm that I am not. As to why would they hold it down? simple... no news on the extension. if there were news, they would not hold this down as many would be buying back in. Now as far as holding... I do not recommend it. You could if you want to, but understand this, a RS is necessary for this to stay where it is listed or else they get dropped, a matter of choice. the company does have a choice on what they should do. some decisions are not well liked but it is necessary.
If they do not do anything nor get an extension because they did not request one or did and it got rejected, this gets delisted down to OTCBB markets.
but, silence is killing me and I don't want to wait for the last minute and be burnt. I may be a gambler at heart but a chicken when it comes to preserving what I have.
