SynthTrader... I agree with you, but this is a rare case. A merger was mentioned in the latest filing... We rec'd updated float from the T/A. It's only 18,101,380 shares and 70% is locked up LONGS. The CEO purchase 2.5M shares using his family trust at a much higher price than where the PPS sits now. This is not a dilution company.
I'd like for you to stop by and check out the board. There is lots of DD posted. The board is very calm and has lots of experience. The moderator is great.
