I see these as related... but SEPARATE events... the final word was never before the 23rd .. Yet there seemed to be willingness to announce how LLEG would benefit from this deal.. again... they planned to close before the 31st... So... WHY wait is all I am saying.. it was never dependent on the go no go of the 23rd.. IMO... otherwise.. why announce the 31st ..
