I would agree with you on those points. The R/S accusations have been put to rest. The CE label removed would be another hammer taken away from critics. The signing of Ne-Yo will be another. However I am convinced, as many other peeps here are, that no matter what the company accomplishes, there will always be something else critics will come up with to try and hammer the company with. We always have to keep in mind, that when there is a vested interest in seeing the company destroyed and share price along with it, there will always be something else to try and make a major issue over.

dont forget, investors will see the pps over the last 5 months too. and yes, removing the CE would be a game changer for the PPS in my opinion.. But for some reason, lol.. the company thinks its better to operate the way it has been, and not address shareholders concerns by remedying the problem immediately. Those blaming pinksheets are utterly ridiculous, there requirements are their requirements, deal with it. And the company should be, and are not doing as they promised. I spoke with PINKSHEETS, and they say it take a total of 4 days from the date of receipt of documentation for the CE to be removed.
