Bi-Monthly...forget the exact dates but usually beginning and middle of the months...

1st and 15th..or something like that..

They are usually reported to the OTC on the 15th and the last day of the month, in this case most likely today. This will show all short sales that have been covered for the period and does not reflect the entire short volume for the period.
