Why do you feel the need to argue about this on a daily basis? You are wrong, plain and simple.

FINRA monitors DAILY short volume. Completed transactions are reported BI-MONTHLY to OTC markets. A COMPLETED transaction = sold short + bought to cover. What is reported to OTC ONLY reflects this and NOT all short sales, only short sales that have been covered.

Here is yesterday's short volume from FINRA.
