I have no idea. No idea how many votes they were short, nor how hard it will be to get them. I suspect loosing the Terra deal would not be good at this point. I am not surprised at the vote count problem, their are no major, huge shareholders near as I can tell, like 10-20% owners. Even the insiders, directors and officers and their families is less than 10% IIRC from reading the prospectus 2 weeks ago. It maybe time for them to do a phone bank to registered shareholders, or something. I do recall that brokers are specifically not allowed to vote yes or no on this vote, only the actual shareholders of record can vote!!!
I see signs in some posts today, of some possibly paid for pumping about to get underway?
