if that is what you believe, then you could go with the March or June 15 or 13.75 or 12.50 Puts. I personnlly would go with the closer to money one which would be the 15. Now if you think the move will happen soon, go with the March, otherwise give yourself another couple months and go with the June Puts.
my opinion though, i don't think TASR will move much until after next week expiration and right now looks like it will close above 15 next week.
