i read an article about just such a thing, chinese comapnies are looking big time into reverse mergers with US corps to get into the american market, 30 some odd two years ago, 45 last year and this year they estimate 60 or more will merge into an american company.

and if goig becomes a fortune cookie company and i can go fishing all is good in my world..... HA!
