Hello AskSlapper. My self i think KLGG is
on the verge of a nice Richly Short covering
Rally even if there is no news in near future.

1 million shares have traded at 0.009 in the
last 12 days above the ask so someone wants
the shares to bid at that price.

Or they could be working on a Short covering
Rally. Anyway we will see soon whats up.

Back in January the stock traded 18 million
in one day so that could happen again soon
as well.
