I really don't care who is right or who is wrong. I really don't care who is a crook or who is a stand up guy. I don't care about how this whole thing turns out. I just care about salvaging as much of my money as I can. Like I have said here many many times. With these bankruptcy's the stock becomes very volitale. Billyboy, your response makes it appear that you didn't read the suit against PN, or that you are ignoring much that was written there so you can still conclude that CPRK will soon be in Chapter 7.

An important question that Richard brought up, which you ignored, was whether there are any lienholders who blocked the financing talked about in the lawsuit against PN, and who have been relentlessly publishing on this board that CPRK will almost certainly go into chapter 7. Further questions are whether their actions might have helped PN by dropping share price and shareholder confidence, and, a question we will probably not get an answer to, whether they are making these posts because of some hidden deal or promise made to them by PN.

Alot of what you say is true, (NOT ALL) but the price of precious metals has risen. A company two years ago (CPRK) could break even or loose, BUT at todays price, the same company (CPRKQ) can turn a profit.(IMO) Benefit all involved, a Judge would also have to look at that too.

IMO the world economy will continue to increase the value of Gold, Silver, Copper and all other precious metals, compair todays price to two years ago.

Well billy, if you read the entire suit, CPRK does appear to have some very specific info about PN's actions. If you really think about it, if CPRK has the evidence on just one of those claims, it could sway the entire case. So we know your opinion that it is a diversion, but that is just that, an opinion. Let's see how it unfolds.
