SMF........I agree with your assessments when you look at the three previous R/S the price eventually diluted in each case down to .0001.....and logic would enure that in the 4th R/S the same results would occur .........but just suppose, just suppose that at the end of Feb/11 (end of 3rd Qtr) we see sales at 9-10 million ( remember this is just supposing) would you then expect the pps will be above the R/S price or will it again sink to .0001.......................Pure speculation, so make a commitment .......
