Most of that was used to pay off debt. The fact that the creditors took the shares as payment is a good sign in my book.

From the filings Otto Law charged $1,734,000 from inception to June 30 2010 and after conversion to approximately 8 Billion of shares Otto Law is still owed $366,000. How can these fees be justified? Who agreed to them. What are the fees going to be from June 30th onward. Someone should be asking for an audit on these fees and looking for competitive pricing. There is also the question of who controls the money that may or may not come into the company.
The remuneration for the executives is also ridiculous. The salaries are accuring even though no business is being done.
There is a current law suit going on with Chris Wains company. How much is it estimated this will cost.
This company is being hamstrung by ever increasing bills even before ir starts trading.
These are questions that must be answered
