HAM....I think if we don't get good news from examiner the UQ and PQ PPS is going to get killed.....I didn't say great news.... just good news.

**It's a tough call, but I am optimistic. Holchberg has had over a month to get his hands dirty in this mess, and I am hopeful he will at least say they need more time because of __, __, and __ reasons positive for equity.

At that point, I expect Walrath to either stick to the 10/8 date or possibly give him 60 days to mid-Nov.

I have no idea how the pps will react in this situation or any circumstance on 9/7. There's no point in speculating that, because its out of our control. It's having a hard time gaining anymore ground beyond the low 20's so it may stay there until the 9/7 hearing.

Preferreds have been at a standstill.
