Subject: EYSM investor question


Dear Sir/Madame,

This is my last email to you.

I am an investor in EYSM and kindaa wiped out because of recent dilution. My question to you in regards to current heavy accumulation and future direction. Since 3 days we have heavy buying volume. I would need few answers from your side.

• Are you planning to dilute till No Bid? –> We never dilute, may be sold by debt holder and naked shorting from MMs.
• When can we expect news from your side? –> We are in process of 3 new deals includes iPhone 4 offline search application deployment, online data storage/security support with Toronto based vendor. We will publish PR ASAP by EOW or next week and each Tuesday afterwards.
• What are the current A/S, O/S? –> Submitted all documents to pinksheets.com and in 2 weeks all information will be current to all investors.
• Are you planning to do any REVERSE SPLIT in 2010/2011? –> No way
• We are hearing R/M / Buyout proposal rumors, is that true? –> Like I said we are in process of very exciting deals and publish PR ASAP.
