IMO, the immediate concern is major substance/credibility news (our pps will be going nowhere w/o it)!

I agree about the corporate structure needing an overhaul before we are going to land institution buying. How they end up structuring it, I'll worry about "if"/when we ever cross over the credibility bridge.
