I'm not going to even waste my time either on this board...This is bottom, imo and anyone that collects shares here SHOULD make a nice profit and it won't even matter how many negative posters are on board. We all know how these can run when it's time:) cya on the profit side ;-)

perhaps that explains why $100000 worth of shares were sold on 7/1 as the 504 expired

As you can see in the filing, they intend the offering to last more than a year.
