Martin, these are just sparklers compared to what we will be seeing in the coming "WEEKS" IMHO of course. I am not stuck on exact dates for some news, but I am confident that the FDA will have some sort of significant response very soon, considering the new review teams recent success rate of turning around submissions. Many issues bantered around here are theories, but FDA's reports of reviewing in 150 days 100% of the time so far for 2010 are FACT.
The old team was corrupt and replaced, and the new team seems to be getting it done, as I am sure they are under a lot of pressure considering the history of the former staff. Will we get the exact news we are all waiting for? It's anyone's guess, but I am thrilled to be in this one!!! Bad news won't destroy me, and good news will make a huge difference in my life. In this case the risk is without question worth the possible reward. Those that down play the impact this DVIS will have upon approval, are going to be in for a rude awakening!!
