Minor changes my friend, but overall the same plan...

As it sits, because Tronox loses control of their BBK on sept 13th, it behooves them to get a good/fair plan out by the 16th, or the EC will make a legitimate claim on handling the BBK from here on out.

This is as Carl300 put, and as i put on friday and earlier today, a scare tactic.

You will hear alot more noise by the 16th. This i can promise
