by interpreting what really is going on which is really difficult especially when someone doesn't present any real opinion and posts in robot fashion. I suppose it depends on your point of view vits but I do recall phrasing our poster as "big guy" a term of endearment encouraging real opinion if it helps at all.
These PR's are difficult enough to make any real sense out of all the bafflegab wooh gives two hoots about any echo chamber :-D
