Read my previous post and I would recommend calling this gentleman at FINRA market regulation.

Mr. Sewall Lee @ (240) 386-6054 and ask away.

Ask if the daily short interest reports indicates if someone shorted a stock THAT much during a SINGLE day or for that matter a single week.

Also ask could someone actually short a stock by that much in penny land.

If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and walks like a duck, guess what...its a duck. The same goes for the Firna AVTI Short Sale Data. They regulate and monitor the industry on a daily basis, it is what it is...daily short sales.

FINRA has agreed to make reported short sale trade data publicly available.
