I have a great deal of shares from 12 now to 1. And have lost more than 90% on it. All i can do it hold it and wait for the company to rise up. I am currently following certain promoters and have managed to make some bucks balancing for the losses imposed by the EPGL

Stockinvestpro !! How do toxic dilution can impact company w/o managers pay attention for? I have looked for O/S data in the section of Investor relations of the EPGL site . There is nothing I can find about. Due to OTCBB site, there are 4,076,745,196 Outstanding Shares as of Jun 30, 2010. I don't know it they publish occurate numbers.
Do you know the real numbers of O/S for EPGL?
