GFB please explain what this could mean. Maybe I am being naive but could this mean that the 1.5 billion shares outstanding (plus the others BEHL has sold since the increase to 2 billion) represents <10% of the company?

The attorney letter of 1/31/10 shows as of 1/17/10 the number of shares issued and outstanding of Series B Preferred Common at 20M.
