First, I don't know what your response has to do with my post which was in response to a qtip post that he has now deleted.
Second, most companies will talk to investors to clear up questions investors may have. I've done it numerous times. I don't see how that leads to "pump and dump" charges.
People who want to do that post wildly untrue information to con investors to put money into worthless stocks in order to sell shares they acquired at low prices. As we know some on IH have been charged in relation to that. In all cases that had nothing to do with information supplied by the companies that were pumped.
So having companies provide info to investors has NOTHING to do with pump and dump operations.
