rickyboy, As of last Friday the Transfer Agent had no new information. It appears that we are awaiting the approval of the SEC for the issuance and then distribution of the BVIG / KATG shares. Once KATX is notified of the SEC decision, then KATX will notify the Transfer Agent and then the BVIG / KATG shares will be electronically deposited into the Depository Trust Company. Then the Transfer Agent can distribute the new shares electronically to each broker for further distribution to us as individual account owners.
