GoingUp, the answer to your question is Montana is a fully reporting company, DMGM is not. Conversely, DMGM meets the minimum no. of shareholders rule, Montana does not. (Remember: Montana cannot ipo because they lack the mininum number of shareholders.)

Sounds like a win-win-win for all of us.
1. Montana gets access capital from the public markets;
2. Combined entity applies to trade on the bulletin board. Leo retires.
3. DMGM shareholder's get $2.00/share. Nice!

I thought I read somewhere that Montana offers a younger, experienced, management team that Leo apparently trusts from years of dealing with them (good or bad) and as we all know, Leo is old, and all alone, and this may be his real "retirement" shot, call it his last hurrah for his kids, grandchildren, and his diciples........ LOL

Just a guess...anybody got a better one??
