Nevada homes: Real Estate market is a complete bust in Nevada right now, actually a complete bust everywhere. Also, this news was reported to shareholders in a newsletter in 2008 as well. Two years later, nothing.
As far as the 174 real estate lots, all but three were sold and DMGM only owns 50% of those remaining, the other 50% is owned by a property company. This is verifiable on the Polk County tax assessor website (where the 174 lots were verified in 2008 by me). The value of those three lots is extremely low as well given the housing and real estate market, less than 30k all together.
This company is notorious for having "intent" and following through on absolutely nothing. This is Leo Greenfield's specialty. A careful look at the history is all that's needed.
Make money and be cautious. And yes, I am a shareholder.
