Brilliant summary that encapsulates many of the "mini conversations" we've been having here over the past week, and all have been thinking/feeling/understanding. Awe inspiring, your posts are golden.

Looking forward to digging into many of the details you've mentioned, so hope you don't mind some questions to get my house in order before I visit them.

Thanks!

Good morning Sterling!

One of your best posts ever! It sure is ugly but if they can sell the PICASSO...all worries will be gone forever! LOL!

One note on the Big Apple reference...we both know what stock you are referring to and we both know that if was not ONLY Big Apple that facilitated that stocks run to 0.20! It sure did help though!

I am still having a hard time wrapping my head around this statement...

The purchase price for the Picasso Art Piece is $2,500,000.00 in cash and 50 million warrants at $1.00 per share from ARTS.

Who in their RIGHT mind would sell something worth $55M for worthless shares of a non-reporting 0.0002 pinkie!?

Note to all, if I ever mention that I like a stock and Big Apple is in it, remind me to sell and buy back in it when they are ”officially” out. We were told that Big Apple was out, but apparently they were not quite out. I have nothing personal with Big Apple because I guess they are doing what the company hired them to do… dump shares to raise capital. I bought because I had initially heard that Big Apple was out and then I was told by the company that Big Apple was out even after I had bought. Still, it has not ”officially” happened. Bottom line… NOT GOOD!

Does a name change count? The new PR firm listed is Big Apple under a new name.

Stervc,

Great post. Covers many different aspects of the company. Like you said, Good bad and ugly.

While there is plenty to look forward to for ARTS there is one point that I feel should be mentioned:

There is no doubt a lot going for ARTS. But a huge concern for everyone should be HOW it will all be executed and through what means.

Because the company could very well dilute like crazy pigs and then raise all the needed money then simply R/S and start fresh. Of which that scenario kills the current shareholders.

Historically speaking....they are executing it in that manner. You know as well as I do that share structure and the balance of buy/selling is what matters.

So I ask at what cost do all of these exciting things take place?

DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 10/06/10 -- Artfest International, Inc. (OTCBB: ARTS), a new technology, fine art and memorabilia company, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Master Library of Pat Summerall Productions, a Dallas based Media, Content development and Production Company.

Artfest's business plan calls for expansion and acquisitions of intellectual properties (IP) and collectable components. The Television and Sports Broadcast industry considers Pat Summerall a legendary and historical figure. Memorabilia and collectable content with historical significance grows in value and in historical importance. Artfest distribution model, CSD Sports and Art Channel Inc., will repurpose and release the newly acquired assets and IP.

"I'm extremely excited to add yet another asset to Artfest International's already healthy and ever expanding portfolio. This strategic acquisition is one of several acquisitions currently under contract and negotiations, and is part of our plan in expanding our presence on Television and other Media Markets. The Intellectual properties and content that we acquired will help us establish the Starfest Technologies Brand for the tracking of sport memorabilia and collectibles via RFID Starfest Chips. The production will enhance our presence and participation in producing sporting events and expand our retail presence at stadiums and arenas," stated Edward Vakser, Artfest International CEO.

"This acquisition adds a new dimension to our content development and branding. While we feel that we will recover and continue to produce PSP two to four million per year in revenues, our main goal is to bring this company to a greater revenue potential. With the name and branding being very well known in the broadcast and sports community, we will direct our production focus on American Football and expansion with the newly developed Women's league. This alone should drive revenues and profits that will enhance Artfest's bottom line," stated Bill Strother, Art Channel's VP of Productions.

"The potential for this acquisition is huge. We already began producing Women's Football League and developing their sports branding and memorabilia. We will have Television as an additional driver for our members to purchase and re-sell our products and drive revenues for the Starfest Direct," explained Angie Tassan, Artfest CMO.

Recently, Artfest international announced an acquisition of a new Television/Recording studio, and REF financing from AGS Capital Group. The added funding will enable Artfest to complete a series of pre negotiated acquisitions, licensing and Celebrity/Artist endorsements and contracts.
