Santa Barbara I am in Ventura couldn't agree with you more. This companies management needs to be ousted seriously. They release the stupidest releases for years now and their stock does absolutely nothing...never does. Used to be in this a couple of years back, so glad I dumped this. I just came back too see what the damage is that they created for shareholders. Personally, I could care less if they have an x NBA'r in Karl Malone on board. Same ole same ole we did an order for this company. Blah blah blah same old crap they are releasing from several years ago. It's a broken record and so is the lame weak pps thats done squat for years. Pretty lame deal if you ask me. Shareholders have been getting the shaft here for years. They allegedly make things for Fortune 500 companies they love to use that in their weak PR's over and over. But, yet their stock still trades with really no value. If you call .002 a real value and their allegedly dealing with Fortune 500 companies what does that tell you? I've always wondered have they diluted this thing and are they selling shares? Because this should be trading way higher in my opinion that's why I saw the writing on the wall years ago and said see ya.

JD's and Glen's shares are still in Cert form. If they wanted to sell shares, they are allowed to sell 1% a quarter. So 1 million shares a quarter. They have personally guaranteed every loan. The way I see it, They have more to lose than any shareholder. Where are all the "huge Personal gains" you speak of. JD drives a Prius.
