you are correct on most accounts, but you have overlooked one thing. The O/S count error that you show is wrong. The 1st qtr financials closed out on 31 march and if you go back and see what the share count was for that time frame, they are the same. The sells at .0001 were very small (470,000). Not sure if it was manipulation, small investor, someone trying to push it down...???? who knows? lets hope for the best here!

LOL cam! If he raises the A/S on us while continuing to tell us that the company is making money using unaudited financials it may be time for the shareholders to start showing up at his parties and telling everyone at them what he is doing.
