Since Aequus is purported to be, possibly handling production for Biospec Global, of course upon completion of successful negotations; - maybe Garth went to pick-up a container shipment for China from the apartment and got stuck in the elevator. or maybe he is still up there negotiating. Eiher way this just might explain why you have not heard anything.
