Agree, it looks like an attractive, growing DVD business, would have been a nice fit. The claims against him could be 100% baseless and could be dropped in no time, we don't know. His mistake and the reason Eric is probably pissed is that he should have disclosed these claims to Eric, however baseless they may be. In the end, it might work out best for Hannover House if we can still pick up a few dozen of his titles and leave him out of any further dealings.
