#99202 RE: Mac2009 #99201

They certainly are ambitious goals - realistically they seem unattainable to all those who are not hopeless optimists I'm afraid..

First of all the photo's in this link show the reality of where BEHL is as of a week ago. Producing by September 3 (next week!). You must be kidding

http://s1180.photobucket.com/albums/x410/HowYaMakinOut/BEHLopen%20house%20DVJ/

On the 1/2 acre of PBR's for the first client who will be supposedly growing algae for omega-3 (which BEHL has not yet done in Santa Ana as far as we know, and have not harveseted or extracted any oil).

So where are they going to grow the algae for BNPD Mac? There still owe 1/2 acre to client 1 for omega-3s. Also they first have to build the process for extracting the phycocyanin and as the photo's show - they haven't even started. I guess that's one reason why they are selling another 1/2 billion shares?? IMO

Something else that everyone seems to have overlooked:

8/17/2020

To protect proprietary information belonging to BEHL and BNPD, many details of the contract may not be disclosed," stated BEHL President, Monique Berry. "However, the Company is pleased to provide the following brief outline of the agreement to shareholders: BNPD will have sole exclusive rights to represent, market and sell the algae strains Haematococcus, Spirulina and Chlorella to the health industry. BEHL will grow, harvest and process Haematococcus, Chlorella and Spirulina for BNPD. The two companies BNPD and BEHL will equally fund and equally participate in revenues generated from a laboratory to extract Phycocyanin, an all-natural blue pigment contained within Spirulina. Known for its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, Phycocyanin (a multi-cellular, filmentous Cyanobacterium) is considered highly beneficial and valuable in the health and beauty industries. The contract also states that BNPD shall provide quarterly reports to BEHL of all activities related to business development, as well as sales and marketing of products produced by BEHL.

So why would anyone else want to buy PBR's if BEHL has signed an exclusive contract with BNPD for the three big algae strains? Haven't they just shot their wad so to speak? JMO

Mac2009, I have stated my opinion as to the
importance of what needs to occur by the end
of this year. I believe that if Behl can get
most of what they have going on completed
during that time frame, we will certainly
have come alot closer to success. JMO and GLTA
