I can't verify anything but the SEC filing and I don't base my trades on what people say they were told or not told. Unless I hear it with my own ears, I take it with a grain of salt. Usually the truth as always lies somewhere in between. Do you base your trades on what other people say they were told or not told all the time? either way in the end, it's your own call/decision.

Predicting a $2 or back to sub $.01 is really just opinions. Hard enough to predict a penny stock, even harder after a 5,500% gain @ close.
