The stock had been on a steady decline for 10 months and now the CFO quit and we are waiting to see if he signs the non-disparagement clause or if he sings like a canary!!! The company hired a 35 year old from down the street and gave him a bump from $116,000 (Qualmark) to $168,000 (More than Fritz Allison's earnings, previous CFO) plus all that stock, hmmmmm. I wonder if Fritz will take the $116,000 or sing?So many questions about book keeping, etc...I'm placing more money in Medtronic these days for healthcare. Better reimbursement and collections than uncollectable toys at Zxyi
