I point this out since there is a new filing that everyone should see. This is Document # 185 and it should give everyone a better idea as to why the Company could not secure the necessary financing to avoid the current situation. Anyone who recalls the questions I was asked about the Nevada Star suit against us for nonperformance will recall that I relayed the answer of the general counsel at the time ?We feel the suit is without merit and we will vigorously defend it, and may counter-claim due to the frivolous nature of the suit.?
This should show you some more of the details of what we faced during the year prior to our Chapter 11 filing in May.
I would also like to point out that the Equity Holders Committee has been recognized by the Trustee. This is a gigantic step forward for the group. The Company supports the rights of this group and has taken part in several of their Sunday night conference calls.
Well, I said a ?short note? so that will do for now. I will continue to update all progress on a regular basis. I believe that now that we are moving toward a solid Plan of Reorganization (POR) we will have more news to report?..
