Wow, the suit against PN and the equity shareholders committee approval turn this CPRK situation on it's ear.

HUGE! PN appears to be far more of a slime than any of us actually knew! The company lays out a strong case here, so hopefully they can follow it up in court.

Chuck, do you know if the CPRKSA has given any thought to adding a class action shareholder suit against PN? If what is stated in the company suit is true, PN has severly damaged all shareholders!
